Blankfort 60
Blankfort 60 is an MDF faced timber cored door blank specifically designed for wood veneering, plastic laminating and further producing at minimum cost to provide a high quality 60 minute fire resisting interior door.
Construction: Laminated softwood core with MDF (9mm) faces
Fire Information: FD60 rated in accordance with BS 476 Part 22 1987
Leaf sizes and configuration: Single doors up to 2571 x 915 and 970 x 2440, Double doors up to 2259 x 926 and 972 x 2138.
Standard sized blanks: 2135 x 915, 2440 x 915, 2750 x 915, 3050 x 915, 2440 x 1220
Weight: Approx 29kgm2
Intumescent Palusol 100, Pyroplex or Mann McGowan
Glazing: Up to 0.72m2 in single or multiple panes
Acoustic performance: Flush doors: 35dB, Glazed doors 38dB
Mechanical performance: severe duty
Ancillaries: Ventilation grills, pull handles, push/kick plates, security viewers, letter boxes, threshold seals, wireways.
