Blankfort 30
Blankfort 30 is an MDF faced timber cored door blank specifically designed for wood veneering, plastic laminating and further producing at minimum cost to provide a high quality 30 minute fire resisting interior door.
Construction: Laminated softwood core with MDF (9mm) faces
Fire Information: FD30 rated in accordance with BS 476 Part 22 1987
Leaf sizes and configuration: Single doors up to 3425 x 915 and 1444 x 2440, Double doors up to 2685 x 840 and 1024 x 2403.
Standard sized blanks: 2135 x 915, 2440 x 915, 2750 x 915, 3050 x 915, 2440 x 1220
Weight: Approx 25kgm2
Intumescent palusol 100, Therm-A-Seal or Type 617
Glazing: Up to 1.32m2 for single panes and up to 1.92m2 for multiple panes
Acoustic Performance: Flush doors: 33dB, Glazed doors 36dB
Mechanical Performance: Severe duty
Ancillaries: Ventilation grills, pull handles, push/kick plates, security viewers, letter boxes, threshold seals, wireways.
