Flamebreak 30

Flamebreak 30 is a plywood faced (6mm) timber cored door blank suitable for paint application. It provides as high quality 30 minute fire rating.

Construction: Triple layer (lain in alternate directions) of hardwood (albisia falcata or parasorianthes falcateria)

Fire information: FD30 rated in accordance with BS 476 Part 22 1987

Standard sized blanks: 2135 x 915, 2135 x 1220, 2440 x 1220

Glazing: Up to 0.72m2

Acoustic performance:  up to 32dB

Flamebreak door blanks are available sized and pre-lipped (L4E or L2LE EXPOSED) on short lead times and can be factory primed.

All re-works can also be undertaken in-house including; rebated meeting stiles, overpanels, door viewers, hinges recess, letter plate cut out, ventilation grill cut out and full vision panel service including factory glazing.
